Our flat rate Budapest apartment transfer service is a safe and convenient way to get to your apartment fromthe Budapest (Ferihegy) Airports, Danube cruise terminals, or any train station in Budapest.

The one-way price is 29 Euros per apartment reservation for up to 6 passengers.

How to book your Budapest apartment Private Transfer Service

You can book this service through the reservation form, i.e. when you are actually booking the apartment. You only need to check "Transfer required" to get a one-way transfer. To buy the two-way transfer and get the lower rate, please write "Two way Transfer" in the "Comments and Requests" field.

This service is non-refundable.

Benefits of our Budapest Apartment Private Transfer Service

When you purchase either the one-way or two-way Budapest Airport and Train Transfer service we'll automatically waive any late/early check-in/out fees. Please note that this doesn't mean that you'll automatically get the privilege to check-in/out outside of our normal hours, this depends on our actual availability. If your check-in/out times would conflict with other apartment guests' arrival/departure times we wouldn't be able to accommodate your request.

It's good to be able to plan your expenses ahead. There are no surprises, one flat rate for up to 6 guests regardless any other conditions. You won't get surprised when you see a potentially overpriced cab charge, or when you book an apparently inexpensive transfer service and don't read the fine prints. Others may charge you for extra baggages, weather conditions, etc. And usually you find out about those things once you are at the airport.

Our service can be used for any of the following reservations: Budapest apartments, Budapest Hotels, Budapest bed and breakfast and Budapest Hostels, regardless if you booked your accommodation in Budapest through us or any other service.
